Detailed Product Description
M14-TS is a water ammonia solution of shellac mixed with Carnauba emulsion and added of inerts approved in U.S.A and by the European food law 95/2/CE .
Appearance: Clear-Yellowish liquid with a strong odor of ammonia
Specific gravity: 1.03 ± 0.03
pH: 9.8 ± 0.3
Solids content: 27.0%
M14 TS is a post-harvest fruit wax that should be applied before marketing.
Application Method:
After drying, M14 TS gives a protective film that is semi-permeable to gas. This coating improves the fruits' appearance, slows the aging process, the yellowing process, and shriveling produced by water evaporation. Special for Citrus.
Dosage : 1 kg M14 TS / metric ton of fruit.
Packaging and Storage:
200 kg net drums, to be stored at a temperature between 20 C and 40°C. A shelf life up to 5 years ..
